Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Maywood Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those search entries on its own servers. If you contact the operators, the message and contact details you choose to include are available to the operators for the purpose of replying and handling the request.
Routine Technical Logs
Hosting services may record ordinary technical data such as an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of access. The data can be reviewed in aggregate to maintain the pages, diagnose failures, and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where those services are present.
How Limited Data Is Used
Information is used to operate the reference, answer a message, monitor site health, count broad traffic patterns, and improve content. The operators do not sell a visitor list or build a personal profile of an individual reader from the records described here. Search tools and external portals may use submitted information for their own services under their separate notices.
Links Beyond This Policy
Pages link to the Los Angeles County Assessor, Recorder, voter verification, Superior Court, Maywood offices, California agencies, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools. Once a reader leaves Maywood Residents Directory, the destination's privacy policy and data practices apply. The operators do not control what an outside office or provider collects, retains, charges, or returns.

California Privacy Rights
Depending on coverage and the person's circumstances, California's Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code sections 1798.100 and following, may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit some sensitive-data uses. The operators keep very little information, so a request will usually involve checking a contact mailbox and available technical logs. Use the Contact page to make a request.
Government records about Maywood are different. The California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 and following, governs records held by state, county, and city custodians. The operators do not control a Los Angeles County deed, Assessor entry, voter record, court file, vital record, or Maywood city file. A deletion or correction request for one of those belongs with its custodian. The California Delete Act and DROP may address registered data brokers, but they do not erase the source record.
